Connect with your counsellor:

We offer one-on-one, couples or group sessions for 1 or 1.5 hours.

We are also an NDIS providing clinic, where we can accept self-managed NDIS clients for their counselling needs.

Every counselling experience is as unique as the combination of factors that bring a client through a counsellor’s door. So, the way your counselling sessions progress and the techniques used, will vary from that of someone else.

However, the starting point will always be to simply talk things through:

  • Perhaps you would like to discuss what’s going on at work or home.
  • Or an incident that occurred in the past that is preventing you from moving forward.
  • You may not even know what you want to talk about, that’s fine too.

The team at Alithea Health will be by your side to listen, guide and support you. By exploring your options, you will gain clarity and insight that will enable you to make better choices and start enjoying life again.

We will create a practical plan for you with measurable and manageable goals, each step leading you closer to feeling good about yourself and the world around you.

We can also work with any other health practitioners you may already be involved with; anything to ensure that you get to where you want to be.
